SAROUK approximately 40 kilometres north of Arak, has a very good reputation among buyers in Iran and abroad. Many different designs are used for modern SAROUK, among them the medallion and corner designs, Shah-Abbasi, Herati, Kashan, all over (Afshan) and Lattice patterns.
